The top plate is used at the top of your chimney stack in conjunction with the top clamp and top insert to hold the liner in place should you not have a chimney pot
The top plate is used to seal off your chimney stack, but has a pre-cut hole in the middle for the corresponding size of liner you require
The size of the top plate is 380x380mm

Installation Guide
Top plate, fitted with a top sleeve and clamp. With the flexible liner protruding from the top of the masonry chimney, feed the plate over the end of liner and place on top of brickwork cut the liner approximately 125 mm above the plate, insert the top sleeve. Now fit the clamp around the liner on top of the plate and tighten, (optional rain cap can be fitted) the plate will then need to be made watertight with sand and cement. Or finished off with a traditional chimney pot.
We recommend that all installations are carried out by a qualified chimney installer.
