All orders placed with Flexi flue direct by 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched via our suppliers' vans or a courier service (dependent on the items you purchase). 

If your items are eligible and can be allocated onto one of our van routes, this will be so, but should you have any problem with this, you can contact us to change it. The only reason as to why we do this is because we have our suppliers' vans that are loaded methodically and with a duty of care that unfortunately we can't oversee with a courier service.
