

Easter Delivery
We will be closed for the easter holidays from Friday 7th April - Tuesday 11th April.
Any Orders Placed After 4pm on Thursday 6th April will be processed Tuesday 11th for Dispatch.

Our 1 - 2 working days delivery service is applicable for orders that are made on the day in question, and before 2pm (Uk mainland only)
e.g orders purchased before 2pm on a Monday, we aim to deliver them by Tuesday/Wednesday (8am-6pm)
Any order placed after 2pm on Friday will be out for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday(8am - 6pm)
All orders placed with Flexi flue direct by 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be despatched via our suppliers' vans or Nightfreight courier service (dependent on the items you purchase).
We operate a 2 - 3 working day delivery service to all UK Mainland Addresses, As long as the order is placed before 2pm, and this excludes weekend deliveries. Deliveries to Scotland are normally despatched on a 3- 5 day service, and this is due to courier restrictions

Pallet delivery charges are applicable with some items due to weight and size.

We would strongly recommend that you do not book any fitters or installers until you have received your goods in good condition
Flexi flue direct take no responsiblity for any lost time by the installer due to late or delayed orders
At Flexiflue direct we try our best to ensure all your goods are delivered on time, but please be aware some
deliveries may be held up due to influences beyond our control e.g courier issues or availability of certain stock
Please also note that any premium services i.e. A.M Delivery & Saturday deliveries must be placed before 2pm as per our normal delivery quotas
Please also note that no returns of items can be returned to this address. All returns must be returned to our suppliers' depot

Please open and inspect all items as soon as possible after delivery. ANY DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO FLEXI FLUE DIRECT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS on 01622 711411 as we only have 24 hours to make a claim against the courier
Any shortages on delivery must be reported to Flexi Flue Direct on 01622 711411 within a reasonable amount of time after delivery
If you are out at the time our couriers attempt delivery, we will endeavour to deliver your goods on the following day. After two failed delivery attempts, our courier will require you to contact them personally to arrange a convenient time and date for re-delivery.
Once your goods have been despatched from our distribution centre via DX - DPD - our suppliers vans we reserve the right to charge a one-off £15.00 charge for refused/cancelled deliveries by the customer to help cover costs incurred
